Senior Software Developers

Tom Fosdick

Tom is a professional software engineer with more than 15 years of commercial development experience and a strong business focus. He has designed and implemented several mission critical solutions in both the government and commercial sectors, specialising in communications and information systems. Tom has an exceptionally broad range of experience, covering most major platforms, technologies and methodologies. Currently Tom works mostly with C# .NET and MS SQL Server.

Andrew Thompson

Andrew is a professional developer with several years of experience working with a number of different platforms and technologies. At present, he is working on some of our Microsoft Sharepoint-based products.

Software Developer

Paul Jones

Paul is a recent graduate from the Department of Computer Science with an MEng in Computer Science with Industrial Experience. He is currently working on the Amblyopia project, which is done in collaboration with the University of Nottingham and funded by the Wellcome Trust.

Academic Mentors

Dr. David Grey

David Grey is the Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Computer Science. He has over 15 years of software development experience and has produced software for various clients, including Microsoft. He is an acknowledged .NET expert.

Rob Miles

Rob Miles is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and has considerable expertise in software development, having created solutions for a number of customers including Siemens and the Humber Bridge Board. He is a Microsoft Visual C# Most Valuable Professional (MVP)

Dr. Peter Robinson

Peter Robinson is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science. He has extensive experience of software development for industrial applications, having designed and implemented systems for companies such as BAE Systems and Philips.
